Do I need a prescription to buy medicines?
Prescription medicines require a valid veterinary prescription. You can upload your prescription on our website and our team will verify it before processing the order. OTC (over-the-counter) products like supplements and nutritional items can be purchased without a prescription.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Same-day delivery is available in select cities for orders placed before 2 PM. Remote areas may take 5-7 business days.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for select pin codes. You can check COD availability by entering your pincode on the product page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking details via WhatsApp and SMS. You can also track your order from the My Orders section in your account.

What if I receive a damaged product?
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos of the damaged product. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund within 24 hours.

Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there's no minimum order amount. However, orders above ₹500 qualify for free delivery. A flat ₹49 shipping fee applies for orders below ₹500.
