- • An order is confirmed only after successful payment and prescription verification (for Rx items)
- • We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
5. Prescription Medicines
Prescription medicines require a valid veterinary prescription. By ordering prescription medicines, you confirm that you have a valid prescription from a licensed veterinarian. KK Nutrivet reserves the right to verify prescriptions and refuse orders that don't meet requirements.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is the property of KK Nutrivet and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
KK Nutrivet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Brahmapur, Odisha.
