- ✅ Missing items in your order
- ✅ Product not as described
Not Eligible for Return
- ❌ Prescription medicines (unless wrong/damaged)
- ❌ Opened or used products
- ❌ Products without original packaging
- ❌ Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order ID and reason for return
- Our team will verify and arrange a pickup
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer. You'll receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated.
